Wings of War WW2 |
After play testing the Crimson Skies Heroclix for a couple months, we've come to the conclusion that the HC system is just plain rubbish! The only way to get a good feel for individual planes is for them to have different capabilities and maneuvers, more like real life. Mitsubishi A6M2 Zeroes were agile and light; great in a turn fight, while the Chance-Vought F4U-1A Corsair was a Boom & Zoom attacker who wouldn't be caught dead trying to out turn a Zero.

The game "Wings of War/Wings of Glory" accomplishes this - so we're going to start looking into getting a conversion going for Crimson Skies. A conversion has already been started by a contributor on
WingsofWar.Org Aerodrome Forums, so we're going to expand on it and test it out. We'll keep you informed on future missions soon. Stay Tuned!
